Dear Friend, <\/span><\/p>\n I first began my formal spiritual practices in February 1972 when I was initiated into Transcendental Meditation. In December of the following year, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi made me a teacher of the technique. Since that time I have been blessed to have many spiritual adventures, travel the world, meet some amazing teachers and learn further spiritual practices. <\/span>For more than 30 years, I have worked with Deepak Chopra and what is now the Chopra Center, where I have been privileged to share these practices, which I hope have been helpful in guiding others on their spiritual journeys.<\/span><\/p>\n Over the years, I have written articles, created guided meditations, learned chants and taken photographs and videos. Rather than have them just sit hidden away in various files, I have decided to compile them in one place, this website. I hope some of them will prove to be beneficial and invite you to enjoy and share them freely. The website is a work in progress, as I write or discover more material, I will continue to add to it.<\/span><\/p>\n To find your spiritual path is a great blessing.
